This ultrasound report means an enlarged uterus due to multiple fibroids in anteverted position which is a common uterine position. The endometrial lining (endometrial echo complex, ECC, is thin, commonly seen in postmenopausal woman.

It means that the uterus is larger than normal because of a condition called leiomyomata also known as fibroids. These are rubbery nodular growths that can cause significant bleeding. The lining of the uterus or endometrium is 0.4 centimeters in depth.
