Had an ultrasound and found that my uterus is retroverted and mildly enlarged measuring 9 x 5 x 7 cm with a volume of 172 ml. the endometrial echo complex is thickened measuring 1.9 cm. are these measurements normal?

Without knowing more about you(your parity, gyn history, menstrual history,your contraceptive history or when you had your last menstrual period..)it is not really possible to offer you a reliable answer.Your measurements may or may not be quite normal.If the "endometrial echo complex" was accurately measured by a skilled,certified sonographer (as a bilaminar or a trilaminar layer)follow it up.
