Without knowing more about you(your parity, gyn history, menstrual history,your contraceptive history or when you had your last menstrual period..)it is not really possible to offer you a reliable answer.Your measurements may or may not be quite normal.If the "endometrial echo complex" was accurately measured by a skilled,certified sonographer (as a bilaminar or a trilaminar layer)follow it up.
