Eat healthy foods!: You need a lifestyle modification diet that you can live with that nourishes, provides needed protein, and is caloric restrictive without starvation. How about a huge veggie salad with some grilled fish or chicken, small olive oil and vinegar. Everyone will notice and want some! just tell people that this is how you like to eat because it's healthy. Then, go for a 10 minute walk.
