A member asked:

So i would like to maybe know im on a diet and trying to workout i would like to know what the recommend amount of calories would be for lunch and din?

Depends: Calories depend on metabolic needs and body weight and height. Without that info, it's hard to answer. However, for most diets to be successful you need to burn more calories than you consume. Diet or exercise alone don't do the trick. Together though they help the body lose weight.
