I recently had both strains of the Flu with Bronchitis in between. I can't sing for long as I don't seem to have my full range/wind. Also, my GERD has picked up a bit as well. I saw an earlier answer about rest, inhaler,and fluids. Any other tips etc?
If I have an ear infection and I use a steam inhaler is it possible that the fluid in the middle ear will dry out get crusted and become stuck in the middle ear and unable to drain or will it be more likely to drain? Concerned about stuck fluid?
