Dizzy: This could be sinus related or ear infection related. It could be vertigo from inner ear fluid as well. Lastly it always could be cardiac related which is doubtful with all your ear symptoms. Labrynthitis is most probable diagnosis. hope this helps. see your physician soon if this persists

Labrynthitis : you might want to see the ear, nose and throat doctor to see if you have Menier disease. Careful exam needed to find the reason. Increase fluid intake, decrease caffeine intake and no alcohol.
