What makes one have fluids in the chest , when they inhale air .the lady is in the 80's .what shld she avoid or do ?

SEE A DOCTOR !!!: Fluid in the chest is generally caused by either pneumonia or heart failure, though there are other possible causes such as lung cancer. All of these are very serious for someone in her 80's. She should see a doctor as soon as possible and if she is having difficulty breathing should be taken to the emergency room.
