How do i stop bunions from getting worse?

Not easy: Proper shoes, possibly orthotics if you have a pronated or flat foot type. You can try applying a thick rubberband around the base of the big toes and keep the feet side by side , then allow the toes of each foot to move away from each other while maintaining heel contact.

Shoes/orthotics: Proper fitting, supportive shoe wear as well as orthotics may prevent progression of the deformity.
