What can i try or do to stop the pain on my bunions?

Soaks...: Bunions can be painful depending upon the size/positioning of them. Warm soaks and gentle massaging can be beneficial; and ensure proper fitting shoes as this can be critical! if all else fails a good podiatrist will guide you on the footpath back to health.

Better shoes: Bunions are structural deformities. As the bone becomes more prominent, it can rub in shoes any become red and painful. Icing and antiinflammatories can give temporary relief along with wearing shoes that do not put pressure on the bunion prominence. At some point, surgical correction is usually needed. If problems persist see your board certified podiatrist. Dr l.

Soak them in : Hot water and epson salt without burning yourself. Make sure you wear shoes that accomadate them and don;t put pressure on them. Consider surgery - to eliminate the problem altogether.
