Find comf. Shoe: If you are walking and have a painful bunion u may want to find a walking show that has more space for your bunion. Or, you could see an ors or podiatrist and have your shoe ' stretched out' and a bunion pad placed. This can be helpful and allow u to keep walking. Good luck!

A bunion getting: Worse secondary to a brisk walk is usually a shoe gear problem. The shoe is rubbing on the bunion. Try and wear a shoe that accommadates the bunion well or wear one of the various bunion shields they sell.
