Post-nap anxiety: If you had a scary dream during your nap, you could wake up with anxiety. Or, if your nap made you late for an appointment you could have anxiety. Or, if you fell asleep having low blood sugar, your body could be producing an anxiety-like response because of that. Just some ideas -- there could be other possibilities too.
