Is it normal for lexapro 10mg to cause extreme exhaustion in the first 1.5 weeks? i am having to nap mid day but also taking a klonopin. i need the anxiety medication but cannot handle the fatigue coming with one of the two medications?

The fatigue is most likely due to Klonopine but the combination may be adding to the problem. Good Luck
