Im a 31 year old female, with high stress/anxiety. for about two years now, every time i have a nap during the day i always wake up with my heart pounding "so hard", it feels very uncomfortable. just anxiety for no reason? or should i be concerned?

Generally, sleeping should make someone more relaxed. However, if you were anxious before your nap, it could continue when you wake up. Also, if you had a stressful dream/"nightmare", that could cause this. If it continues, I would recommend seeing your doctor for an exam and a discussion if you have not done so already.
