When my sleep sched is messed up i shiver/shake i have panic/anxiety attacks could it just b mild symptoms from lack of sleep when i nap it goes away.

It seems that you: Have found the best way to take care of yourself. Pay attention to your need for sleep and rest. Try to keep a regular sleep schedule. Regular relaxation exercises like meditation should help as well.

Sleep problem: I understand your concern. Of course you would like to have good sleep. Lack of sleep can cause tiredness, anxiety, irritability and lack of functioning. Naps do help at times for stress and anxiety. Shivering, shaking and panic are most likely due to stress of relationships, education, work, and finances in life. Alcohol and drug use can contribute to these symptoms. Please see a psychiatrist
