Agree with above: Additionally, be aware that many unhealthy foods, things like potato chips, may be marked "no cholesterol" on the label. This is deceptive. Foods like this, because they are vegetable products, never contain cholesterol. But they are still unhealthy, can make you fat, and might raise your cholesterol even though they don't contain any.
