On r side of neck i've what feels like very swollen tonsilar or corotid lymph node. it shrinks at night. could it restrict blood flow & cause stroke?

Unlikely: If would be very unusual for a neck mass to get large enough to compress the main artery going through the neck and then lead to a stroke but having said that i would get the mass evaluate by a physician or ENT doctor to rule out any compression issues plus to make a diagnosis of what this mass might be.
