What should i take if my back hurts and it is really easy to crack my bones? calcium?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tylenol (acetaminophen) of Advil: Acetaminophen (if you don't have liver disease), a NSAID such as advil 400-600mg or Aleve (naproxen) (1or 2 every 12 hours. If you are older or have kidney disease take the smaller dose of NSAID or none at all. If you are older, the pain is from an injury, has a fever or any weakness or numbness then you should see your doctor for imaging studies or urine tests. Calcium is a good supplement to take.
