Interesting: Your doctor would need alot more information, and perform a physical as well as check your vital signs. Dizzy, panic, neck sore, headache, and weak make me wonder about hypotension; neurocardiogenic syncope; and migraine, but there is no way to be more sure without a careful history and exam. Please dont hesitate to seek help!
