Connection?: A pinched nerve wouldn't necessarily have much to do with bone deterioration or low calcium levels, not in a healthy 27 year old. Look for dietary sources of calcium instead, just to maintain good bone health.

Radiculitis: A nerve pinch may exist without degenerative changes in the spine. Nerve problems can be caused by chemical or mechanical problems. Without knowing your medical history i would say that calcium supplementation would not be beneficial.

No: A pinched nerve is usually due 2 a herniated disk especially if it was of sudden onset. Nerve pinching from arthritic spurs r usually slower in development. @ 27 yrs i would doubt it is due 2 osteoporosis, so calcium would not help u. C a spinal surgeon 4 complete evaluation & get a firm dx. & then follow the recommended treatment plan.
