Neck pain and Fall: A number of things could have happened; most importantly, have yourself evaluated by a qualified physician you trust, which should probably include imaging with x-rays and an possibly an mri. From our distant perspectives online it is hard to determine what the exact reasons are, but if you still hurt and had appropriate trauma, find a local doc... And be careful!
