I have kidney issues and im told not to take calcium, but my bones are bad and they crack and stuff,would it hurt to take 650mg of calcium daily, im tired of getting hurts with joints popping and stuff, and it did show on a lifeline screening about i?

The risk from calcium may be very low for your kidneys, but it also probably would not be much help for your joint symptoms. The necessary balance between calcium to treat thinning bones (osteoporosis) and the kidney issue might be pretty easy. Discuss with your doctor. If your PCP seems unsure, see an internal medicine specialist. Good luck.
