Your symptoms are not due to osteoporosis. Calcium can be taken in patient with CKD for controlling high phosphorous as long as your calcium is less than 10.0 and Ca x PO4 less than 55. If your calcium is high, you probably have crystal induced joint disease or bone disease due to hyperparathyroidism. You need to talk to your nephrologist who has all the info to help you effectively.
