Yes, and ....: You can clean it with soap and water or peroxide. Also should apply an antibiotic ointment such as neosporin, and cover with bandage. Could leave it open to the air during part of the time, but wounds tend to heal faster when covered. Continue treatment until healing well. See physician if worsening.
