Probably not.: Depends on where you cut it and how you treated it. Nerves, arteries and veins on the sides. Close the wound as well as possible and leave it un-used for 2 to 3 days. It takes about that long for your body to create a working closure to the skin. It will be easy to re-open for a week or so. It is unliklely for the issues you were concerned about to affect this.
