Can't avoid stress: Manage stress by eliminating some from your life (be assertive; delegate; take breaks & vacations) by altering the impact of the stressor (problem solving; time management; social/group action) by shifting your outlook (reduce unrealistic expectations, irrational beliefs & negative self-talk) & by easing your response (relaxation, exercise & good nutrition). Counseling & biofeedback can help.
