Maybe a seroma : Although it is very common to see swelling for up to 3 months after a tummy tuck surgery, you should not be able to see a fluid wave. If you do, you may be experiencing a seroma which could benefit from aspiration and drainage.

Could be Sedona!: At this time after one month of tummy tuck, if you have a feeling as if there is fluid under the skin flap. Most logical conclusion will be if there is a seroma.I would suggest that you go back to your operating surgeon and let him have a look.

No: It sounds like you have an abnormal fluid collection called a seroma. I would recommend going back to your surgeon so they can take a look.

Seroma: See your surgeon to have the area examined and likely drained. It sounds like you have a seroma, a collection of serum within the wound.

Seromas are annoying: If you can see your doctor in a few days its ok to wait... If not, you will need to find a local surgeon to remove the fluid. The liquid in a seroma is slowing down your healing by preventing the skin from adhering to the underlying muscles so you should get it taken care of soon.
