From the caffeine: Coffee bean extracts have caffeine, which has effects on tachycardia and pvc's, depending on how much caffeine one takes, and on how sensitive his body is to the caffeine. Products that are not fda approved medications are not well regulated nor well tested, so they may contain uncertain amounts of listed ingredients, plus various amounts of unlisted ingredients. One cannot be sure what's in it.

Perhaps: Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted and contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid which may have health benefits such as decreasing blood pressure. There are no conclusive studies which show coffee bean extract causes permanent weight loss. Caffeine in coffee can cause sinus tachycardia as well as pvc's in some people. Discuss with your doctor.
