Hx of non sustained v tach and pvcs and pacs and tachycardia. my heart rate jumps to 160 + when crying is this normal?

Although those heart rhythms are not life threatening but it is easily triggered by a common emotional status so your quality of life can be limited. Therefore, I think you should be treated. A beta blocker or a non-dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker can be used. You should re-visit your cardiologist.
