PVC : Pvc's can happen with tachy or bradycardia. To know for sure what an extra systole is, you need to see it on ecg.

Need more info: An ECG or a holter study may show whether you have pvcs. Isolated pvcs are not necessarily concerning if the heart is otherwise healthy. These are usually suppressed by tachycardia (e.g., during exercise). However, if the extra beats are increased during exercise, this is potentially concerning. Sounds like something to discuss with your doctor, who may recommend some testing.
