RVOT PVCs: The dizziness could certainly be secondary to frequent pvcs ... With frequent pvcs you have an erratic pulse and with that a drop in blood pressure.. This causes a cold, clammy feeling, as well as feeling as if you are going to faint... You may actually pass out! if the PVC frequency is over 20% of the normal beats, this may weaken your heart function. Please see a cardiac electrophysiologist asap.
