Lose fat all over: For this, you will need to lose fat all over, not just below your belt. You will need to carefully review your food intake -- especially for processed foods & sugar. You'll want to reduce those in favor of lean protein, healthy fats, non-starchy veggies, high fiber fruits like berries, etc. Groups like weight watchers can help. Cant target: Make sure you exercise 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
