No alcohol: Alcohol is a simple fatty chemical that the body can very easily turn into the typical fat tht is stored in fat cells. Alcohol is ethanol and is the same in beer, wine, whisky, tequila etc. The most appropriate answer to this in my medical opinion is this: drink water instead. No calories in a glass of water. So alcohol is bascially a fat and will make you fat like sugar in a soda.
