Yes: Make sure it really is "a little." daily alcohol consumption is a common cause of high blood pressure. An ounce or 2 every once in a while should be okay. The trouble is, most people do not confine themselves to a little and find it easier to abstain altogether or schedule a single drink or 2 every week at most. I hope that's helpful.
