It will gradually leave your system and one time use does not damage the heart. Not taking it in the future is a great choice, Excess of anything is bad including alcohol. Suggest stay away from all opiods as they are addictive.

You are making wise choices. Cocaine is highly addictive, and can cause heart attacks, and even brain hemorrhages. Dangerous abuse drug these days secondary to additives, such as fentanyl, secondary to the Cartels. Have no major problem with modest alcohol, but avoid driving and drinking.
