No simple answer: There is no "magic" way to lose weight. Decreasing calories in (eating less food and the right foods) and increasing calories out (exercise, walking, taking the stairs instead of elevator) are the only way to lose weight. Medications trick your brain so you think you are full. Fad diets make you restrict the types of food you eat -> you get bored and eat less. 1/2 to 1 pound per week is the goal.
