Weight loss: The most important step is to take charge of your life. Stay determined to loose weight. Excercise one hour per day every day, eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, avoid any snacks in between meals. avoid any carbonated and sugar drinks. Drink mostly water. loose 1 Lb at a time.
