Go see your Dr for : A prescription meds for weight loss. Dieting, exercising and drinking lots of water may help. Cut back on the carbohydrates and sweets. There are over the counter diet pills but be sure that your heart is ok (normal blood pressure and ekg) before taking it. Best of luck!
