Most need minerals: It is rare to find a multi-vitamin that is not also a multi-mineral supplement; they are called multi-vitamins because multi-vitamin/minerals is a cumbersome term. Mineral deficiencies may be more common than vitamin deficiencies. Many people are deficient magnesium, zinc, iron, chromium, selenium etc. & there are many proven benefits to supplementing with these. See my comment for a useful link:.
