No.: As long as you don't exceed the recommended daily dose. Even if you took more than the recommended dose, it would take a long time to have any adverse effects.

No: Vitamins are made for men and women. Really only differ slightly. Women's usually have extra vit d. And iron. Men usually don't have iron and more antioxidants. Neither formula would hurt the opposite gender. So no worries
