Depends: Invisalign is used to treat some malocclusions or bite problems. Your dentist or orthodontist can advise you if your crowding can be corrected with invisalign or if you will require traditional orthodontic treatment.

Yes: Yes that is one of the things invisalign can fix as invisalign are clear braces. Of course every situation is different and it depends on how crowded your teeth are, as invisalign does have limitations in severe cases.

Seek an opinion: The only way to assess if clear aligner treatment is appropriate for your particular situation is to make an appointment with an orthodontic specialist. Certainly, clear aligners are often used for crowded teeth.

How much crowding?: Clear aligners work best at derotating flat teeth, like incisors, and can achieve almost half as much correction as braces. They do not work as well at derotating round teeth, unraveling more then a total of 2-3mm of crowding, eliminating large horizontal overbites, and cannot correct skeletal imbalance. See a qualifiedorthodontist for delineation of your problem and list of treatment options.

Yes: But, you are less likely to qualify the worse your crowding is. You can see an experienced invisalign dentist who can do your records and show you exactly what your treatment would look like and how long it would take and cost. If you went to someone who did both invisalign and traditional braces you could a good opinion of both.
