Clozapine: Clozapine (brand names: Versacloz, FazaClo, Clozaril) is an antipsychotic medication used as a treatment for refractory Schizophrenia & for Schizophrenia or Schizoaffective Disorder associated with recurrent suicidal behavior. It has been used off-label for refractory bipolar disorder, intermittent explosive disorder & PTSD.
