How can i get off clozaril (clozapine)?

Carefully: Clozaril (clozapine) is a very potent medication. If you are taking this be careful about discontinuing it. I would suggest you talk to your doctor about the advisability of stopping this medication. You may need to switch to a different medication.

Clozapine: A slow off-titration should be used for Clozapine – usually a taper of 50mg/week while under medical supervision. Starting another antipsychotic in a therapeutic dose is often recommended before the Clozapine is stopped.
