Moderation.: Kudos to you for ending your sedentary lifestyle, but i would recommend building up to that distance. Starting too quickly can lead to increased injuries as well as frustrations with not being able to meet goals. Write out a plan to build up to a goal over the next several days and weeks. Keep up the good work!
