You tube. : Do a you tube search for mounting full mouth x-rays. There are several videos to look at.

A dentist office: I am not sure why you wish to practice something like this. But, if you came to my office with such a request i would be happy to help and teach you such a skill. Keep in mind many offices are going digital and it may be a little hard to locate such an office.

No need anymore!: There really isn't any need to mount radiographs in a physical frame anymore. Have any dentist take out a probably now dusty light box, lay it flat on a table, put the x-rays in their correct position and take a digital photograph with the flash turned off. Not only are the x-rays "mounted" you can easily email them.
