A member asked:

What is the msv dose for a dental panoramic x-ray?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Millisievert dosage: A panoramic dental xray typically contains 2-3 mrem, or 0.02 - 0.03 millisieverts if it is a digital xray. An older, film panorex would be several times that dose, but either way, radiation exposure is about equivalent to a 3 hour plane flight
