Taller pain : You'llbe straighter and taller it will hurt for a time you won't with time notice the stiffness the thoracic spine doesn't move much any way.

Usually big surgery: Multilevel scoliosis surgery is a big surgery and usually has a long recovery time, but this is changing with the shift to minimally invasive surgical techniques.
