A member asked:

Mild uncovertebral joint hypertrophy c5c6 eccentric to right; mild t-spine scoliosis, bilat pars defect l4, foram stenosis at l4l5 - is surgery needed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: Surgery not needed for the c-spine or scoliosis. For the pars defect it would depend on if the spine was unstable. For the spinal stenosis at L4 L5 physical therapy and injections should be tried before surgery.
