A member asked:

Im 20 years old and go to the gym, in my recent xray it shows that there is a lateral deviation in the thoracic spine and the impression is scoliosis is there a way for it to be corrected? and what should i do for it to not get worse?

Scoliosis is a label applied to almost any deviation from the straight line. Most are minor. At a cited age of 20 you have finished growing & this is unlikely to change for better or worse. Some x-rays taken during an illness will capture a slight deviation that is transient and triggered during the illness (like pneumonia). Surgical correction is sometimes used for major defects.
