Wait for breast redu: If you have not had the breast reduction and are currently considering pregnancy, my advice would be to defer the surgery until completion of child bearing which may have unpredictable effects on your breast. If you are having the breast reduction irregardless. I would wait a minimum of 9 months but I have to admit that is arbitrary and just my personal experience/advice.

Better to wait: It is best to have breast reduction surgery when childbearing is already complete.

A Few Months.: Best to wait at least a few weeks after the procedure is performed; this ensures that medications used around the time of breast reduction surgery will have left your system. If at all possible, wait on having the breast reduction procedure until after you have completed pregnancies. Doing so, will minimize the chances that additional surgery will be “necessary” post-pregnancy.
