Most likely: Unlikely to be a problem. I assume the concern is with the anesthesia since the surgery itself is not an issue. Check with the anesthesiologist since he/she knows what anesthesia was used

Most likely yes: Obviously, it is not ideal to be pregnant during surgery, but when it happens it does not usually cause problems. The anesthesia for the surgery is the main issue. Best course of action is for her to obtain a copy of the anesthesia record from her surgery and review the drugs given with her ob/gyn to evaluate any potential risks.
